Мобилен Вулканизатор в ChatGPT, Claude и други AI асистенти

Имаме MCP сървър (Model Context Protocol), чрез който AI асистентът работи директно в платформата ни. Без профил асистентът може:

• да изпрати заявка за мобилен вулканизатор с приблизителното място, името и телефона ви
• да ви каже статуса на заявката: търси се, приета, на път, завършена
• да откаже заявката, ако го помолите
• да търси партньорски сервизи за гуми в даден град, най-активните първи

Вулканизаторът, който приеме заявката, ви се обажда, за да уточни точното място. С профил в Мобилен Вулканизатор (можете да го създадете направо от прозореца за вход, с телефона си) асистентът може и да запазва час, да показва историята ви и да управлява колите и адресите ви.

Потърсете Мобилен Вулканизатор в списъка с приложения/плъгини в ChatGPT (Настройки → Плъгини) и го свържете. После напишете например: „Спуках гума на Околовръстния път в София, до Младост, казвам се Иван, телефон 08xx xxx xxx“.

Докато се появи в списъка, можете да го добавите ръчно от Настройки → Плъгини → Добавяне → персонализиран MCP сървър, с адрес https://api.vulcanizaremobila.com/mcp/client и OAuth удостоверяване.

Потърсете Мобилен Вулканизатор в директорията с конектори на Claude (Настройки → Конектори) и го свържете.

Tools without an account need no authentication. Account tools use OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration and PKCE (S256); discovery at https://api.vulcanizaremobila.com/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource. The user signs in with a Bulgarian phone number and a PIN or an SMS code, and can create an account on the spot.

To request help without an account, call request_help with: an approximate place (town and area, or road and nearest town; no exact address or GPS needed), the person's name and Bulgarian mobile number, and if known the problem (flat_tire, low_pressure, visible_damage, blowout, other), whether a new tyre or a repair is needed, the car model and the tyre size. Keep the returned handle and give the person the public request code; use them with get_help_status and cancel_help.

Tools without an account:

• request_help — Request a mobile tyre technician without an account: approximate place (town/area or road + nearest town), name, Bulgarian mobile number, optional car, tyre size, problem and need. The technician calls back for the exact location.
• get_help_status — Status of a help request (searching, accepted, on the way, finished, cancelled), partner name, ETA and offers.
• cancel_help — Cancel a help request, only when the person explicitly asks.
• accept_help_offer — Accept a partner offer on a help request.
• list_vulcanizari — Partner tyre services, most completed interventions first; filter by name or town.
• list_services — Services and prices of one partner.
• geocode_address — Bulgarian address or town to coordinates.

Tools with an account:

• create_service_request — Emergency request for the signed-in user.
• my_active_request — The user's current request.
• my_requests — The user's request history.
• my_request_offers — Offers on the active request.
• accept_offer — Accept an offer.
• cancel_my_request — Cancel the active request.

Rules: only create a request when the person really needs help now and agrees; never create test or duplicate requests, because each one alerts real technicians who may drive out. One active request per phone number, with a daily limit. Cancel only when the person asks. No payments happen through the agent: the work is paid to the partner on site, in euro. Tool replies are in Bulgarian.

Without MCP: tell the person to call 088 412 3856 (24/7) or use the mobile app. In danger or on a motorway: 112.
